Eduard Sanders is a medical doctor (MD, MPH, PhD) and a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) trained epidemiologist specialized in HIV prevention research and public health interventions with extensive experience in Ethiopia, Kenya, and South Africa.
His current work focuses on improving the HIV care and prevention cascades for key populations in sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). He is passionate about building HIV prevention research capacity at Aurum.
His current research focuses on the development of a mental health intervention for MSM to improve PrEP/ART adherence in South Africa and the evaluation of strategies to improve sexually transmitted infection control among MSM in Kenya.
